E-Works Office Services is a virtual assistance company. It is a sole proprietorship that functions independently to serve coaches, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and home-based businesses. The owner, Elizabeth Urichuk (Liz), is a Certified Virtual Assistant. Liz’s work history consists of office administration, office management, and many years of customer relations. Her passion for administration led her to upgrading her skills at Red Deer College in the Virtual Assistance program, and ultimately, the creation of E-Works Office Services in 2006. With a desire to grow with the latest technology and to offer her clients the newest services possible; Liz acquired her certification in Shopping Cart in 2008. In the spring of 2009 she received her certification in Social Media Marketing. Ever since it’s inception, E-Works Office Services has been a successful venture.
Being internally wired for “behind the scenes” work; Liz has always excelled in the business assistant position. Her attention to detail, passion for virtual assistance, and determination to achieve client satisfaction has served her well.
How does it work?
After an initial consultation is completed and a working contract has been signed, the working relationship can begin. When E-Works Office Services provides your business with the services you need, it is done “virtually”; via email, phone, fax, or courier. Thus, the term “Virtual Assistant” or “VA”. Clients contact Liz by these methods to order the services and once the work is completed it is sent back the same way. All it takes is a click of the mouse and your work is already being completed for you!
Mission
E-Works Office Services’ Mission is to provide: accurate, efficient, dedicated, creative, innovative, and confidential services to our clients. Liz executes these standards with careful attention as they are extremely important to her and feels that offering anything less is not acceptable.
