Downtime in your coaching business?

May 7, 2009

Having a slow week, day or month? Or perhaps you’re coming out of a busy spell and you’re having trouble adjusting to the quiet time.

Well, there’s a number of things you can do in your coaching business to give it a boost.

Check your business information with your VA to ensure everything is in sync and up-to-date. That means all places that your business is listed – your website, blog, business documents, online listings. Is everything the way it should be? Check for old information that can be removed.

How are your services? Do they need tweaking? Do they need tossing? Have a brainstorming session with your VA to re-adjust them. Your services spell out who you are to your clients. Dream big and create an event that will keep your revenue going and your clients coming back.

Have a marketing session with your VA to create new ways to market your business. Repurpose content you already possess. Don’t reinvent the wheel! Make a list of the ways you can repurpose them and the tools you’ll need to do it. Then create a schedule to act upon them.

Your downtime will be a thing of the past.
